To safeguard and Overseeing the continuous and effective implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures, SEI Robotics has established a Legal Department and an Internal Control & Audit Department. The company will enforce compliance auditing rigorously, showing zero tolerance for any illegal or non-compliant behavior in business activities , and will hold any employees accountable under the law for violations of compliance policies and practices.

Anti-Corruption Statement
SEI Robotics, including its subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices (hereinafter referred to as “SEI Robotics” or “the company”), firmly believes that commercial corruption undermines fair market competition and has a severe negative impact on society, the economy, and the company's own development. SEI Robotics operates with integrity, adheres to business ethics, and complies with all applicable anti-corruption laws in its business locations, including China's anti-corruption laws, the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the UK Bribery Act of 2010. SEI Robotics has a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and upholds ethical conduct, never seeking to improperly influence others by offering or providing bribes in any form, directly or indirectly .
SEI Robotics will implement proactive and effective measures and management systems to prevent commercial corruption. SEI Robotics requires all employees to adhere to the SEI Robotics Code of Integrity, which mandates that all employees or entities and individuals acting on behalf of SEI Robotics refrain from any form of direct or indirect bribery to government officials or third parties to secure business opportunities. If any suppliers, agents, consultants, or other business partners (hereinafter referred to as “partners”) offer such incentives to SEI Robotics employees for the same purpose, employees are obligated to refuse and report to the company. SEI Robotics has established a Code of Integrity Reporting System and a Code of Integrity Reward Mechanism. In business collaborations with partners, SEI Robotics requires them to comply with the company's Anti-Corruption Statement through contractual terms and relevant procedures.
